Location Interactive Map Location of Telnor Town in Torren. |
Telnor Town is a small town in eastern Torren where the player begins their adventure. Professor Sylvan's lab is located here, from which the player obtains their starter Pokémon.
Walkthrough
After escaping the Cult of Darkrai base
- Upon exiting Shade Forest, the player speaks to their first acquaintance, Damian.
- Continuing into Telnor Town, enter the northeastern-most building in town and hug the right wall to proceed with the next event.
- The player will be instructed to meet up with their new friend in the southeast of town at the professor's lab.
- Head to the lab and after reading the dialogue, choose one of 4 starters.
- Battle Damian (it doesn't matter if the player wins or loses).
- Before exiting the lab, Professor Sylvan will give the player a Pokédex.
- Heal up at the Pokémon Center and head back north into Shade Forest to continue the player's adventure.
After completing the events at Telnor Cave
- Enter the Town Hall again and approach the second Augur, Jaern.
- After triggering the event, battle the Abyssal Cultist.
- After defeating the Cultist, exit the Town Hall and then head north into Shade Forest once again.
After defeating the Elite Four
- Enter Sylvan's lab again and speak to Professor Sylvan to trigger a battle against her.
- After defeating Professor Sylvan select a new Delta starter Pokémon to gain, along with their final evolution's respective Mega Stone.

Town Hall
The Town Hall resides in the northeastern part of town. When the player first arrives in Telnor Town, the residents of Telnor will be busy preparing for the second Augur's arrival in this location.
Professor Sylvan's Lab
In the southeastern corner of town is Professor Sylvan's lab. Here, Pokémon Trainers just beginning their journey are allowed to receive an Eevee from Professor Sylvan. However, due to a series of unprecedented events, the player has three additional choices to choose from.

After defeating the Elite Four, the player has the opportunity to battle Professor Sylvan. Victory will allow the player to obtain the Delta starter that was not chosen at the beginning of the game by the player or Damian, or all three if they initially chose Eevee, along with their final evolution's respective Mega Stone.
