- Talk to the 4 people who describe the Pokemon and the Old Man
- House next to Cresselia Statue describes the head as a fox
- Person next to Pika Taxi describes it as wrapped in smoke
- In house to the right of the Pokecenter is a blonde girl who describes the limbs as like a tiger
- Next to the gym is a boy who describes the tail as a snake
- Find it again as Delta Liepard
