• Find it randomly in the city(it will be called "???" and run away immediately)
• Talk to the 4 people who describe the Pokemon and the Old Man
  • House next to Cresselia Statue describes the head as a fox
  • Person next to Pika Taxi describes it as wrapped in smoke
  • In house to the right of the Pokecenter is a blonde girl who describes the limbs as like a tiger
  • Next to the gym is a boy who describes the tail as a snake
• Find it again as Delta Liepard
