The Utira Library is a grand library located in the north of Utira Town. It is said to be a housing of the world's knowledge and was one of the reasons Utira Town was originally built.
Walkthrough
Obtaining Delta Budew
- Go to the westernmost building.
- Starting from the left of the boy on the first bookshelf walk three steps to the left.
- Read the section of bookshelf to your right(assuming you are still facing left) and a door will open.
