Victory Road is your way and last challenge to seek the Pokémon League. It is divided to 3 parts being Volcanic, Frost, and Ruins.

Delta Petilil (Water) is found within a small cave room north of area 3 in the Volcanic Section.
Regice's area is accessible through Relic Song at the end of the Frost Section.
Virizion is hidden in a small forest accessiable through Rock Climb within the Ruins Section.
Tornadus is located at the bridge heading to the Pokémon League after finding him all around Torren, starting from the Safari Zone
