Locations

The Helios Department Store is the largest shop in Torren at this point in the game's development, far larger than the average Poké Mart. The store is four stories tall, excluding the basement.

Walkthrough

• Ignoring the receptionist's declaration that the basement is off limits to the player, head downstairs from the first floor and enter the Helios Sewers through the hole in the southwestern corner of the room.

Here, a receptionist welcomes customers and explains the store layout as needed. Though she rants about the basement being off limits when asked about it, there is nothing stopping the player from heading downstairs whenever they desire.

Here you can find 3 cashiers and a hairstylist for the Pokémon Furfrou.

The basement of the Helios Department Store features no items available for purchase. However, the Sewers that it connects to eventually lead to the Black Market which does sell items of a different caliber.

Trivia

• On the second floor, a woman is blocking the player from obtaining what appears to be a Poké Ball between two shelves. However, if the player manages to circumvent the woman, they will find that interacting with the Poké Ball will prompt a dialogue box saying "You and your hacking."
• One of the shoppers on the fourth floor is excited at the prospect of being able to purchase Ability Capsules. However, the Department Store does not actually sell Ability Capsules at this time.
