Locations

Dev Island is an island where the player has the opportunity to battle in-game versions of the Developers of Pokémon Insurgence. Though its interior can be accessed at any point after the player has obtained the ability to use Rock Climb, these battles are considered to be one of the ultimate challenges of the game, with the others being the various facilities located in the Battle Frontier. The player should be cautious of challenging this area until they are fully prepared, as all Pokémon used here contain perfect IVs, are fully EV trained, have beneficial Natures, and are at the maximum level available.

Walkthrough

• As this is an end-of-game challenge, there is nothing in this area that is mandatory for the completion of the story. Regardless, if the player wishes to enter the tower in the heart of the island then they must first defeat the 9 Developers wandering around their respective areas.

Areas of Interest

Dev Tower

The tower in the center of the tower is home to the three lake guardians: Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. This tower is unlocked after the player has managed to defeat the nine Developers wandering around outside of the tower. Upon entering the Dev Tower, the player will immediately be thrown into a battle versus Suzerain.
