The Oort Cloud Object is where you can encounter UFI and only UFI. To get here, the player must activate a portal in Mysterious Spire using a password. The password will be hidden somewhere inside Mysterious spire itself. The Pokédex must be completed (920/920) to unlock the spire, after speaking first to Professor Sylvan.
