The Infernal Cult is a cult interested in obtaining the Legendary Pokémon Groudon. They are one of five cults based in the Torren region.
In the game
The Infernal Cult has yet to make a major appearance in the game outside of their attempted assassination of Jaern in Telnor Town. However, even in this instance, they do not battle the player. Several books pertaining to the cults throughout the region describe the Infernal Cult's fierceness as well as its obsession with Groudon, but the books do not mention what the cult wishes to ultimately accomplish after acquiring Groudon.
