Mew is a Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon.

While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, it has an alternate forme activated by Mew getting lost in cyberspace while Wonder Trading. Its original form, Mew, will then become Space Mew. Mew will return to your PC; it is not actually Wonder Traded away. This makes receiving a Mew from Wonder Trade impossible. Due to a bug Space Mew's transformation can be reversed by using the move Transform in battle.

It is a member of the Mew duo along with Mewtwo.
