Suzerain is a member of The Timeless as well as an in-game manifestation of Pokémon Insurgence's head developer thesuzerain.

Suzerain was presumably chosen by Jirachi to become its partner.

In the game

Prior to the player starting their journey through the Torren region, Suzerain was among the members of The Timeless that decided to lend Adam temporary usage of Arceus's Crystal in order to stop the schemes of the cults in the Torren region.

Suzerain introduces himself to the player for the first time as the player challenges all of The Timeless members in order to prove themselves capable of becoming the Third Augur. Aside from briefly giving the player an overview of his apparent fate after the climax of the Pokémon Zeta/Omicron story, he doesn't offer any information needed for the player to use during their journey.

Suzerain's final appearance as a member of The Timeless takes place within the Void Gauntlet after being defeated by Reukra before he attempts to summon Arceus. After this point he takes up his position as the leader of the Developers located on Dev Island, where he explains the purpose of the island and also battles the player after they successfully defeat the rest of the Developers.

• Though there are numerous references made to the Pokémon Zeta/Omicron universe throughout the game, Suzerain's dialogue concerning his adventures in the Aroma region is the only case where there is a direct indication that any of the events from Pokémon Zeta and Omicron happened in Pokémon Insurgence's universe as well.
