Locations

The Gaea Core is an ancient cavern that lies far to the north in the mountains above Settlement Juliet. It is revealed to have been a location of Jaern's interest as something deep within resonated with the Crystal when it was still under his possession.

Walkthrough

• Enter the area and head north through Area 1 to find the entrance leading to Area 2.
• When walking north into Area 2, a scene plays where Regigigas appears.
• Battle Regigigas for the only opportunity to capture it.
• After completing the battle with Regigigas, Professor Maple approaches the player as they begin to leave Area 2, prompting the player to face him in battle in order to put a stop to his plans.
• Once Professor Maple is defeated, he is taken away by a police officer as Professor Pine thanks the player for putting a stop to Professor Maple's nefarious plans.
• This marks the end of the Holon Quest plot line.
