New Moon is a weather condition introduced in battle exclusively in Pokémon Insurgence.
It will last for five turns if created using Noctem or New Moon, or eight if created while holding a Dark Rock.

New Moon does not occur naturally in any available locations as of 1.0.
Effects
- Decreases Fairy-type moves by 50%
- Allows Lunar Cannon to be used instantly.
- Allows Phantom Force to be used instantly.
- Increases accuracy of Dark Void to 100%.
- Activates the following Abilities: Shadow Dance, Absolution.
- Causes Moonlight, Synthesis, and Morning Sun to not activate.
