* Decreases the damage of {{Type|Fairy}} moves by 25%
* Allows {{m|Lunar Cannon}}, {{m|Phantom Force}}, and {{m|Shadow Force}} to be used instantly.
* Activates the following {{BLink|Abilities}}: {{a|Absolution}}, {{ba|Forecast}}, {{a|Heliophobia}}, {{a|Shadow Dance}}, {{a|Supercell}}
** Causes Forecast to change {{p|Castform}} to its Cloudy Form.
* Changes {{m|Weather Ball}} to a {{type|Dark}} move and doubles its power.
* Causes {{m|Synthesis}} and {{m|Morning Sun}} to recover ⅓ of max HP.

It will last for five turns if created using Noctem or New Moon, or eight if created while holding a Dark Rock.
