I don't know what I'm doing wrong but every time I add the .gif of the New Moon move, the source of the image displays to the left and right of the image. From what I can tell this should not be happening with the simple code I have put in

New Moon.gif

I believe this is because the template being used is designed to read in png files, not gifs. It would probably be best to just use an image here that displays one frame of the weather condition's graphical effects, similar to the second image on the right side here: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hail_(weather_condition) --1ofthe4rocketbros (talk) 23:28, 7 August 2015 (EDT)

Both of those hail images are animated, but as New Moon (currently) has no animation, I suppose a single frame would indeed get the job done

So both pictures are now .pngs but I am still getting the same issue...weird...

I got it. You just need to insert the name of the file into the template since the template takes care of the rest of the formatting. I didn't notice that bulbpedia's images were animated because apparently some browsers only display the first frame of animated pngs. So that leads me to believe that if the image is an animated png instead of a gif, it would work with the template. But since not all browsers can display animated pngs anyways, I don't see any harm in leaving it as is; it looks nice enough anyways. --1ofthe4rocketbros (talk) 00:27, 8 August 2015 (EDT)
