Fairy Tempest is a damage-dealing Fairy-type move exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. It is the Burst Attack of Red Gardevoir.
Effect
Fairy Tempest deals damage to all adjacent foes.
Like other Burst Attacks, this move can only be used when Red Gardevoir is in Burst Mode. This move can only be used once during a single Burst Mode duration, however they can be used again upon exiting and then reentering Burst Mode. Additionally, the moves Counter, Mirror Coat, and Metal Burst cannot act in response to Burst Attacks.
