Dive encounters are still not there, as far as I can see, the encounter list is Basculin, Kingdra, Gorebyss, Huntail, and Seaking. I have no idea what the percentages are. | |||

To the east of the rich boy there is a patch of grass where you can use tesseract to obtain an X-attack. West of the dragon tamer hidden near the bridge(behind the treeline) is TM Thunder.
