We can start a running list here maybe, and then when we have enough data we can make the page with a list of items and stuff. Or maybe someone can make the page and we can add the list later or something. I don't have any experience making pages, only editing them, so I hope someone reading this can initiate that effort. The only part included in the pokepon script about natures is commented out:

I assume this means that there is a 1/3 chance to get a nature changed compared with a 1/3 chance of getting a random item and a 1/3 chance of getting Girafarigite (unless you already have it)
 
And it doesn't say anything about making pokemon shiny so I don't know much about that.
