This template anchors a section link to a specific part of a page.
For example, because the anchor template is used on the type-enhancing item page, linking to Type-enhancing item#NeverMeltIce results in the item itself being linked to, rather than the top of the page. Note that since the NeverMeltIce redirect redirects to that anchor, linking to it does the same.
