Shadow Call is an ability exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. It is the signature Ability of Delta Squirtle's evolutionary line.

Effect

In battle

When a Pokémon with Shadow Call uses a Dark-type move, the power will increase by 1.5× if the user has less than or equal to ⅓ of its maximum HP remaining.

Outside of battle

Shadow Call has no effect outside of battle.
