Psycho Call
Insurgence
Powers up Psychic-type moves in a pinch.

Psycho Call is an ability exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. It is the signature Ability of Delta Bulbasaur's evolutionary line.

Effect

In battle

When a Pokémon with Psycho Call uses a Psychic-type-type move, the power will increase by 1.5× if the user has less than or equal to ⅓ of its maximum HP remaining.

Outside of battle

Psycho Call has no effect outside of battle.
