Noctem
Insurgence
The Pokémon summons darkness and blots out the sky as it enters the battle.

Noctem is an ability exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. Prior to version 1.1, it was signature Ability of Mega Delta Charizard.

Effect

In battle

Noctem summons darkness in battle as soon as a Pokémon with Noctem enters the battle. Its effects are the same as the move New Moon. If a Pokémon with Noctem is sent out in the same turn as another Pokémon whose Ability affects the weather, the slower Pokémon's Ability will override the faster Pokémon's Ability.

The darkness lasts only for five turns. This can be extended to eight turns if the Pokémon is holding a Dark Rock.

Outside of battle

Noctem has no effect outside of battle.
