NO DATA is the home of MISSINGNO.
It is a location in the Torren Region which can be accessed via the Emolga Taxi upgrade for the Pika Taxi after going to Gaea Town at least once and is at the bottom right of the map. It appears as a glitchy location of messy sprites. When hovered over, it is called Gaea Town at first. When you soar into the middle, you will enter automatically. Inside, the Pika Taxi guy is nowhere to be seen and you are in a glitchy room with MISSINGNO. After battling it, you will be returned to the actual Gaea Town.
