It has the ability to change one IV of one of the player's Pokémon to 31. This is done using the IV Changer.

- Small chance of being found in any of the Rock Smash-able rocks distributed throughout the world.
- 1% chance of being found using a Pokémon with Pickup at levels 71-90.
- Small chance of obtaining from Pokepon.
- Talk to a man in the house with a Shuckle in Roggan Town to obtain a single IV stone.
