Heliophobia is an ability exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. It is the signature Ability of Delta Budew's evolutionary line.
Effect
In battle
During harsh sunlight, a Pokémon with Heliophobia will lose ⅛ of its maximum HP at the end of each turn. During New Moon, a Pokémon with Heliophobia will regain ⅛ of its maximum HP at the end of each turn.
Outside of battle
Heliophobia has no effect outside of battle.
