Delta Roselia (referred to as just Roselia in-game) is a Dark/Fairy Delta Pokémon.

It evolves from Delta Budew when leveled up with high friendship during the night and evolves into Delta Roserade when exposed to a Dusk Stone.

Due to its mutation, it is unable to breed.
