Delta Bulbasaur (referred to as just Bulbasaur in-game) is a dual-type Fairy/Psychic Delta Pokémon.

It evolves into Delta Ivysaur starting at level 16, which evolves into Delta Venusaur starting at level 32.

Along with Delta Charmander, Delta Squirtle, and Eevee, Delta Bulbasaur is one the of the four starter Pokémon of Torren available at the beginning of Pokémon Insurgence.

Due to its mutation, it is unable to breed.
