The New Moon cries silently
Effects
It's a weather condition.
Works a bit like sunny day but instead of having a shiny sun we have a great new moon.
In combat :
- Boosts ghost and dark type moves by 50%
- Decreases fairy types moves by 50%
- Allows Lunar Cannon to be used instantly.
- Allows Phantom Force to be used instantly.
- Activates the following Abilities: Shadow Dance, Absolution.
- Increases hp regeneration by Moonlight and decreases hp regeneration by Morning sun and synthesis (Didn't test those yet)
