Effect

During the months of November, December, January, and February, the Attack and Special Attack of Pokémon with this Ability are increased by 40%. During the months of May, June, July, and August the Attack and Special Attack of Pokémon with this ability are decreased by 30%. During the remaining four months, stats are unchanged.
