Delta Charmander (referred to as just Charmander in-game) is a dual-type Ghost/Dragon Delta Pokémon.
It evolves into Delta Charmeleon starting at level 16, which evolves into Delta Charizard starting at level 36.
Along with Delta Bulbasaur, Delta Squirtle, and Eevee, Delta Charmander is one the of the four starter Pokémon of Torren available at the beginning of Pokémon Insurgence.
Due to its mutation, it is unable to breed.
