Castle Moat is an ability exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. It is the signature Ability of Mega Magcargo.

Effect

In battle

If a Pokémon with Castle Moat is hit by a Water-type move, the Pokémon will receive no damage and its Special Defense will be boosted by one stage.

Outside of battle

Castle Moat has no effect outside of battle.

Pokémon with Castle Moat

This ability was once the signature ability of Mega Magcargo, however it has been replaced with Vaporization as of 1.2. As a result, there are no longer any Pokémon that possess this ability.
