The Nocturne Incense is a type of held item exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. It is an incense that allows Delta Roselia and Delta Roserade to produce Delta Budew Eggs. In battle, its effect is identical to the Smoke Ball.
Effect
In battle
If held by a Pokémon, it can flee and Teleport successfully, regardless of trapping moves and Abilities.
Out of battle
If held by either parent of a pairing in Pokémon Day Care that would produce (Pokémon Breeding) a Delta Roselia Egg, a Delta Budew Egg is produced instead.
