Mega Magcargo only has a 20 point stat increase in total because its Defence is ''massively'' reduced. If it's Defence is going to suck in its Mega Form - seriously they didn't need to decrease it by 110 points! - shouldn't it get a huge Speed increase to compensate, now that it's no longer being weighed down by a shell? It's a little faster, but not enough to let it out speed many Pokémon. Plus a more significant Attack boost would be nice too. There's 80 more stat points that could be used here (some of them should go into making its Defence stronger; it should be at about 50 points at least). Mega Evolutions shouldn't have to rely entirely on their Ability (with that said Vaporization would no doubt be a very useful Ability).
