Effect:

It has the ability to change one IV of one of the player's Pokémon to 31. This is done using the IV Changer.

Small chance of being found in any of the Rock Smash-able rocks distributed throughout the world. 1% chance of being found using a Pokémon with Pickup at levels 71-90. Small chance of obtaining from Pokepon. Possible prize from the Battle Frontier. "Food" cooked by La Feu. Talk to a man in the house with a Shuckle in Roggan Town to obtain a single IV Stone. Return the Family Heirloom to the Hiker in Oranos Town to obtain a single IV Stone.
