I changed the template so that if there is text in the sixth parameter, that will precede the first parameter. This way, you can properly include HMs in the list by entering the value of the sixth parameter as "HM." Also, previously, if parameter 5 was defined, but was null or empty, the fifth cell would display as blank. I changed this such that if it was defined, but null or empty, it would set the value of parameter 5 to "N/A." This was necessary in order to properly have a sixth parameter (presumably with value "HM") but an empty fifth parameter. It took some trial and error, but I did it, haha.
