Medusa Ray is a non-damaging Rock move exclusive to Pokémon Insurgence. It is the signature move of Delta Pidgeot.
Effect
Medusa Ray changes the target's type to pure Rock. The effect lasts as long as the target is in battle, although changing form or transforming will remove the effect.
Medusa Ray fails if used on a substitute or a Pokémon with Multitype.
