Effect
Any Pokémon that makes contact with this one can't escape.
In battle
When an opposing Pokémon hits a Pokémon with a contact move, it cannot flee or switch out for another Pokémon as long as the user remains in battle.
Outside of battle
Event Horizon has no effect outside of battle.
